How much do your retreats cost?

Prices vary depending on the retreat venue and duration. There is usually different individual prices depending on room occupancy and room types available at the venue. More information can be found on the individual retreat pages.

Do I need to bring any Yoga equipment?

All the necessary equipment (including mats) will be provided.

Is food and drink included?

All our retreat programmes are inclusive of meals, see each retreat for more information. Please note that whilst some retreats (not all) may be able to provide alcohol to purchase, not all do, and bringing in alcohol from outside the retreat is not allowed.

Cancellation and refunds.

There is a Deposit that is required to be paid on Booking.

The Deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.

You may pay in full at time of booking or alternatively by deposit. Until we have received your payment or the deposit we cannot confirm your booking. Your booking is not secured until you have received written confirmation from us confirming receipt of payment.

​Where only a deposit is made at the time of booking, full payment of the balance due must be made 60 days before the retreat commences upon receipt of an invoice. SRL reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment has not been received in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Where you need to cancel your place, please read the cancellation charges as set out below. Bookings made 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

Once you have booked your retreat place your deposit is non refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your place, the following refund policy applies.

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat: full refund minus deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 60 days before the start date of retreat: No refund, at our discretion we may put the balance paid towards another retreat package.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund. However, we are not able to cover additional travel expenses or responsible for any consequential expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation. Please get a travel insurance policy that will protect you should you need to cancel or SRL has to cancel.

Is transportation to and from the retreat venue included in the price?

CALM will provide information that will help you get to the venue on each retreat programme page.

All costs associated with getting to and from the venue are excluded from the price of the Retreat. Please check on these before you book your place, as prices for flights, car hire and other transport are in addition to the Retreat price and will vary depending on your individual circumstances and originating location.
