Natalie’s passion for yoga began when recovering from an illness. Having previously kept active with high intensity workouts, she was advised to try yoga as a stressed out 20 year old to help her body recover. However what she found was much more than just a physical workout - stillness and breathwork changed her approach to life, as well as helping her manage her stress and anxiety levels.

After completing her own teacher training at CALM in 2019, Natalie has enjoyed additional movement, meditation, anatomy and breathwork related training courses and is eager to share her real-life teaching experience to encourage an informed and adaptable way of teaching yoga. She is looking forward to welcoming you into the safe and inclusive learning environment of the studio.

Chris teaches anatomy on our YTT course, with the intention to make learning accessible and relatable to yoga. He’s fascinated by movement and mindfulness, bringing over 20 years experience as a physiotherapist and more recently as a yoga teacher, graduating with Calm in 2020. He also teaches tai chi and qigong, incorporating these elements into his anatomy classes. He enjoys lifelong learning and is developing an interest in lifestyle medicine whilst currently studying vegan nutrition. He’s happiest on the water stand up paddleboarding!
